edit Introduction
While recording speakers isn't necessary for a successful event, some organizers will choose to do so. This page will ideally list all such SkeptiCamp-related media (video, audio, slides, etc.) available for play online.
This page lists media descriptions and links, where we will (eventually) automatically post one of those entries every few days to the Twitter and Facebook feeds, much as we presently do on a daily basis with the Tip List.
Include entries for individual videos only. If a single talk stretches over multiple videos, you only need an entry for the first one.
Include the speaker's name, a rough date and location and either a title or description. See examples below from the first few entries listed.
Note that the text following the "# " in an entry must be no more than 140 characters in length after link-shortening. Note that the auto-posting script will have the capability to shorten links, so your unshortened entry may be longer than 140 chars.
Avoid use of shortened links that may expire. Better to leave in the longer link and rely on the auto-posting script to shorten it on the fly.
Be sure to use the http://youtu.be/ZZZZZZZZZ format for the YouTube video links. (Unfortunately, this does not work for YouTube playlists. For playlists, you can use http://www.youtube.com/p/ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.)
Prefix with an uppercase label indicating the type of media, such as 'VIDEO' or 'AUDIO'. See examples below.
Please help improve the entries below, fixing broken links and including good descriptions.
